Slavenburg,
Silvester
As
the General Manager of Slavenburg Construction Company, Silvester Slavenburg
is a chairman that splits his time almost equally between his customers,
his personnel and seeking out new ideas and potential innovations. He
is the 4th generation of a family owned company. His great grand father
founded the company in 1906. Silvester Slavenburg took over the leadership
in the company in 1997. He was inspired by and international conference
he attended in 1995 and found out that his ideas about changing construction
in favour of the client where in fact shared by more people. In that period
the company was facing a tough financial time and performance had too
improve. When he came back he decided just to go for one goal - ultimate
client satisfaction - and start to guide the company to a higher professional
level. Furthermore Silvester Slavenburg has developed his passion for
acting into making films with producing his first movie 'Paid'. With doing
this he found out that making films and buildings have a lot in common:
you start with a creative idea and organise and inspire capable people
to realise it. www.paidthemovie.com
